Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Financial modules (AP, GL, CM, FA) tailored for the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth domain knowledge of the banking industry and extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, delivering scalable and compliant solutions to support complex financial and procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Develop end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion P2P and Financial modules in alignment with banking industry requirements and compliance standards.Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing banking systems and third-party applications.Define and document solution blueprints, including functional, technical, and integration aspects.Implementation & Customization:Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.Define key business processes for procurement, payment processing, cash forecasting, and regulatory reporting within the banking domain.Oversee the creation of custom extensions and reports as needed, ensuring alignment with best practices.Integration & Data Migration:Architect and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and banking systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.Plan and oversee data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Regulatory Compliance & Security:Ensure solutions comply with banking industry regulations, such as IFRS, SOX, Basel III, and local statutory requirements.Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive financial and procurement data.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Procurement, and Risk Management.Testing, Training, & Support:Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (SIT, UAT) to ensure system reliability and performance.Lead training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.Offer ongoing support and enhancements post-go-live.Strategic Roadmap & Innovation:Develop and maintain a roadmap for Oracle Fusion P2P and Financial systems within the banking organization.Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation in financial and procurement processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications, with expertise in P2P and Financial modules.Strong understanding of banking industry processes, including procurement, financial management, and regulatory compliance.Expertise in Oracle Fusion AP, GL, CM, FA, and Self-Service Procurement/Purchasing modules.Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools (FBDI, ADF, HDL).Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-entity setups, especially for global banking operations.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials, Procurement, or Integration.Experience in managing global rollouts in the banking sector.Knowledge of advanced banking topics like liquidity management, tax compliance, and fraud prevention.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices for implementation projects.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Professional development opportunities, including Oracle certifications.Flexible work environment with opportunities for global project exposure.
